Conceived and developed by Sabin Howard Sculpture LLC and my dedicated team, this original design has been publicly promoted since November 2024 through our project websites—americanculturalrenaissance.com and grandlibertyarch.com—and shared with sponsors and partners since February 2024.

Copyright for the Arch and its related creative works has been formally filed with the U.S. Copyright Office, securing exclusive protections.

As the originator of the Grand Liberty Arch, my studio holds sole rights to the design, creative expressions, and associated materials. While I welcome collaboration and enthusiasm from organizations eager to honor American ideals, I must underscore that appropriation of this work without authorization constitutes infringement of intellectual property—an essential safeguard for all artists.
